I am an energetic and purpose driven professional whose experience spans across different industries. I have 12 Years’ experience in the IT industry, fulfilling various IT functions and roles within various corporates.

I have a huge passion for solving social issues through technology. In my line of work I have been privileged of contributing and expanding my knowledge on disciplines such as the mental health space for children, EdTech (education and technology) communities globally and social entrepreneurship spaces across the globe to help alleviate poverty in Africa.

I am a board member at Waves for Change, an organization that focuses on mental health for kids through surf therapy.

I am also a director for Teampact an attendance tracking platform used by 30 organizations to date, mostly in the Western Cape, as well as in East and West Africa and across South-Central America.

I am passionate about social entrepreneurship and serve as a mentor at the Miller Center of Social Entrepreneurship where I get to guide and mentor social entrepreneurs across the globe.

I also founded a company that introduces young children to technology with the main objective of helping the African child go digital.

I am a young mom who is passionate about education and a children’s book author. I write stories of technology for kids.

I am an Inspiring 50 Winner for 2019 which is an award given to top 50 inspiring women in STEM in South Africa and also have been selected as one of the faces of change for 2020, an initiative by Ackerman’s group to recognize woman doing great things in South Africa.

I am a firm believer in servant leadership and strongly believe that we are called to be off service to others. My personal mission is to make the world a better place through technology.
